SHIPPING POLICY 

WynnPharm offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 in the continental United States. To simplify the order processing, we provide a flat shipping and handling fee for all orders placed online or on the phone. Flat rate shipping carrier type is determined by WynnPharm (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). For all domestic orders, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. For all Non domestic US orders (i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, etc.) please allow 5-10 business days. For all international orders, including Canada, please allow 7-30 business days. All orders, including expedited, are processed within 24-48 hours. Please note, expedited orders are delivered in approximately 2 business days. All shipping times are not guaranteed. All orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. Expedited service does not include weekends/holidays. Please note, we currently do not ship to Mexico. Please note that shipping fees do not include any customs or VAT fees that may occur.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Dona offers a generous 90-day money back guarantee on all consumer orders from our website or one of our authorized sellers in the United States!

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the 90-day money back guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. If you did not purchase the product from us, we ask that you first contact the retailer from which you purchased your product to inquire about its return policy. If your retailer is unable to address your concerns, please contact us. The 90-day money back guarantee is valid only one per person and is limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

Please allow 10 to 15 days for refunds. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, products returned after 90 days or shipping charges.


For a full refund on your products (not including shipping), please complete the following steps within 90 days of the date of purchase:

1. Contact us at 1-800-214-9600 to get a Return Authorization Number.

2. Mail all containers (opened or unopened) to:

3. Include a copy of your order invoice or proof of purchase. If you do not have a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase, please include your name, phone number, email and any additional information about your order.

4. Please note you are responsible for costs of return shipping, and we recommend using UPS tracking or insured U.S. Mail to ensure proper delivery of your return.

We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny money back guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the money back guarantee.  We may amend or terminate the money back guarantee at any time without notice.
